A Mumbai man was arrested for strangling a woman at a lodge. The man, aged 24, was linked as Soheb Kalam Sheikh, and was arrested by Navi Mumbai police for killing a 35- time-old woman at a lodge in Navi Mumbai’s Turbhe, reported PTI.
