Ramzan Mustak Shaikh, an Indian businessman and philanthropist, was born in Dhansar village, Panvel taluka, Raigad district, Maharashtra, on March 23, 1992. Growing up in a middle-class family, he was motivated to contribute to society from a young age. He completed his studies at Mumbai University and graduated with a degree in civil engineering, which equipped him with the skills necessary to deal with social concerns. He has supported social welfare and humanitarian efforts through the Hopemirror Foundation, his non-governmental organisation (NGO).
On June 15, 2020, Ramzan Shaikh founded the Hopemirror Foundation, an NGO committed to enhancing human development and social welfare. The organisation has started a number of projects to better marginalised and impoverished areas. Ramzan Shaikh has contributed to a number of Hopemirror Foundation initiatives, all of which aim to better society. Workshops on skill development, healthcare assistance, women’s empowerment, educational initiatives, community development, sports, etc. are some of these projects.
Apart from his charitable activities Ramzan Shaikh is a politically engaged individual. In line with his goal of a more just and caring society, he works to improve governance and policy in his capacity as vice president of the Maharashtra Pradesh Congress Committee (STS Department). Ramzan has received recognition for his commitment to social welfare from both the general public and his colleagues, in addition to receiving awards. Many find inspiration in his unwavering dedication to improving the world, which motivates them to make a positive difference in their communities.
