Sarah is an award winning poetess and the author of It Is I (a psychological thriller) and Underneath The Scars (a collection of 50 of her poems). She has also worked as a Co – author in more than 25 anthologies.
She holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology and dual Bachelor degrees. A voracious reader and a dynamic poetess, her poems revolve around mental and emotional health issues.
Sarah endeavours to promote mental health awareness and help remove the stigma that surrounds these issues in society through her poetry page @soulresounds.
Her writing community on Instagram called Vaguesoulsunite is an effort to give back all the love and support that she herself has received from fellow writers, poets, artists and creators.
